We help you select the right product and support layout based on the project loads, displacements and rotations. If the design specifies another manufacturer’s product, we offer an equivalent solution.
Analysis and calculations
Where needed, we carry out a detailed analysis and provide calculations to support the solution:
- Elastomeric bearings – verification of pads and strips for the design loads: compression, shear, rotation and stability (TYPE 5, TYPE 10, LINEAR SI, TYPE TMBR).
- Sliding bearings – assessment of displacements, friction and loads (SLIDELINE, SLIDEBLOCK, SLIDEBLOCK HD).
- Thermal breaks – load transfer through the thermal break pads and thermal bridge assessment (THERMO X).
- Impact sound insulation – assessment of stair flight and floor support isolation (TYPE W).

Technical solutions
We prepare technical proposals, drawings and connection details. Product technical data sheets with design values and installation instructions are available in Downloads.
Testing and quality
Where no harmonised standard exists for a product, we develop and declare it according to our company standard and verify its properties by testing. SLIDELINE sliding bearings are tested in our own laboratory. We take part in the work of the Lithuanian standardisation technical committee LST TK 38 “Building structures”.
